exception OE at boot-up
said: During start-up, when Win-95 is loading the drivers, a blue screen appears with the following message: > An exception OE has occurred at > 0028:C226494D in VxD---. ** > This was called from 0028:C226494B > in VxD---. ** > > . Press any key to attempt to > continue > . Press CTRL+ALT+DEL to restart your > computer. You will lose any > unsaved information in all > applications. > > Press any key to continue. (**Note: the address 0028: etc varies: e.g. 0028:C32052BB 0028:C320530B ) Invariably everything is normal again after pressing 'any' key. I have emptied 'Start-up' , tried starting with the CTRL down, etc, but without any result. What does it mean, and how do I correct this?
