said: Win 98, I.E.5. Computer crashes with this Error: Fatal Exception at 0028:CDEF04BC in VXD MCSCAN 32(01)+000194 BC. MCSCAN 32 is always the culprit according to Nortons. What is MCSCAN 323 and how can I fix it?
