Transferring clip art

said: I am attepting to transfer clip art graphics from my Word programme to Emails using the clipboard.I have no trouble selecting and placing in clipboard but when I go to Email programme the paste button is not available. Using Word 97 and Netscape 4.6 browser and associated Email programme
