No Help

said: I have lost Windows '98 help menu. I keep getting following error message: (cannot open the file:mk:@MSITStore:C:\WINDOWS\Help\Windows.chm.) I have also lost word help, no error messages, just blank help window. Have reinstalled OS and word but no luck.
