Dynamic Mouse Download

said: When downloading off the internet, whether it be using IE or Outlook Express, the downloading stops unless I keep the mouse moving. If I stop moving the mouse the downloading stops and if I start moving it again the downloading continues. Can someone help me please. I am in danger of contracting OOS.
