Disappearing COM ports

said: I changed thing around in my PCs. I took all the boards out and built up a new PC on a motherboard someone had given me. Now the motherboard that used to have 4 COM ports (some with fast UARTS) only has 2 COM ports and they are both slow UARTS. Could my Soundblaster card have COM ports on it?
