Defrag s/w for NT4 Workstation

said: I run NT4 Workstation on my PII - with the standard MS Office apps. Things are gradually taking longer than they should and I'd like to Defrag my drive (or check if it needs it). Unlike Win 98 my NT4 OS dosn't have a defrag utility: what would you recommend & is there any shareware available on the Net?? Thanks
